It is far superior to the "Prepare Carefully" mod, which is known to have compatibility issues, especially with the Biotech DLC.
Search for "Remove Traits" in the Steam Workshop and click "Subscribe". How to Use: Research the required technology (if necessary). Open the Health tab on a colonist. Select "Add Surgery" and choose "Remove Trait".
Ultimately, how you manage traits is just another part of the RimWorld experience.
