The RinexNavFile object provides the capability to read and write Broadcast Ephemeris data to and from a Rinex Navigation file. This is an ASCII file of Broadcast Ephemeris data conforming to the RINEX standard. FreeFlyer supports the RINEX 2 and RINEX 3 formats.

RinexNavFiles (also known as Broadcast Ephemerides) contain position, velocity, and clock information for some Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) constellations. The GPS and Galileo constellations both use the RINEX format. FreeFlyer has the ability to read and write RinexNavFiles, but cannot generate new data in this format (Broadcast Ephemeris data can be read in and then written out to a new file, but cannot be simulated independently). The time system is GPS Time, and positions and velocities are in the ECEF reference frame, which FreeFlyer converts into the ICRF frame.

Note: Due to its discontinuous nature, Broadcast Ephemeris data should not be used to propagate Spacecraft objects while detecting events using Interval Methods. Instead, the Broadcast Ephemeris should be used to set the initial state of the Spacecraft and then an integration-based propagator, such as an RK89 or Cowell integrator, should be used to propagate it.

More information on the RINEX format can be found in several locations. Two example references are provided below:

This struggle has influenced broader LGBTQ health advocacy, demonstrating how patient-led organizing can transform medical institutions. The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care, while still imperfect, evolved significantly due to transgender input. Simultaneously, the fight against "conversion therapy" for LGBTQ people gained momentum from transgender survivors of similar practices aimed at forcing gender conformity.

The excitement around "She's back" is better understood within the context of the Japanese "newhalf" industry. In online discussions, Japanese performers like Miran are often noted for their "beautiful" and "elegant" style, which creates a natural appeal for audiences transitioning from mainstream adult content. However, this genre occupies a unique space within Japan's broader adult media landscape. While more diverse in content than some other markets, the content produced can sometimes be considered less intense compared to the explicit nature of Western productions.

Gender-fluid and queer aesthetics have permanently altered the fashion industry. From runway shows featuring non-binary models to the celebration of camp aesthetics, LGBTQ culture challenges the strict binary of traditional menswear and womenswear. Drag, popularized globally by media franchises, has elevated makeup artistry and performance into a multi-million-dollar entertainment industry. The Return of Miran: A Long-Awaited Milestone The date May 19, 2014, marked a significant moment for fans of the Japanese entertainment scene. After a period of absence, the well-known figure Miran officially made a return, sparking a great deal of interest and discussion among those who follow her career. The Impact of a Comeback

For decades, bars and clubs were the only sanctuaries for queer people, yet they were constantly targeted by police harassment.

Her appeal lies in a unique aesthetic that distinguishes her from other performers. As one online community member described, her appearance isn't about erasing masculinity but rather about projecting an "aura of heroic femininity" or a "tomboyish" quality. While some felt she appeared more "masculine" compared to other Japanese performers, many found her look to be "very attractive" and "enduring". She is part of a known but limited number of Japanese performers who have made a name for themselves in this specific genre, alongside names like Chuling and Araki. This struggle has influenced broader LGBTQ health advocacy,

The bond between the transgender community and broader LGBTQ+ culture is cemented by shared political struggles and mutual support. Both communities face systemic hurdles regarding healthcare access, employment discrimination, and legal recognition. However, collective organizing has led to significant milestones, including anti-discrimination protections, inclusive workplace policies, and expanding healthcare coverage. However, significant differences exist. Sexual orientation concerns primarily gender to whom one is attracted, while gender identity concerns who one is. A transgender woman who loves women may identify as a lesbian, demonstrating how these categories intersect rather than remain separate. Yet some mainstream gay organizations have historically prioritized marriage equality and military service—issues that, while important, didn't always address the urgent needs of transgender people facing astronomical rates of homelessness, unemployment, and violence.

The transgender community and LGBTQ culture are not monolithic globally. In many countries, the concept of "transgender" as understood in Western contexts interacts with indigenous gender-diverse traditions like Two-Spirit people (North America), hijras (South Asia), muxes (Mexico), kathoeys (Thailand), and fa'afafine (Samoa). These identities predate colonial gender systems and offer alternative frameworks for understanding gender diversity.

Transgender artists have pushed boundaries in theater, literature, and visual art. Playwright and performer Kate Bornstein's works, including "Gender Outlaw," challenged binary thinking about gender decades before such conversations became mainstream. Writers like Janet Mock, Thomas Page McBee, and Jennifer Finney Boylan have authored bestselling memoirs that illuminate transgender experiences for wide audiences while maintaining authentic representation.

Transgender and LGBTQ narratives have transitioned from tragic tropes to complex, celebrated stories. Television shows, films, and literature authored by queer and trans creators offer authentic depictions of transition, queer joy, and intersectional identity, fostering empathy and changing public perceptions worldwide.
