Once installed, you must tell Office to switch to the new language. Open any Office 2016 program, such as Word. Go to the menu and choose Options . Select the Language tab from the left sidebar.
Missing Proofing Tools: Sometimes the display changes, but the spell check doesn't work. Re-visit the Language Options and ensure the "Proofing" link says "Installed."

Post-installation, the Arabic pack is loaded but not active by default:

Once the installation is complete, you must enable the language within your Office applications: Launch Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Access Options: Go to File > Options > Language .
